No Refunds or Exchanges: Subscription boxes are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Any such claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Batch Code Disclaimer: At Goodbye Inventory, we strive to ensure that all products we offer are authentic, unopened, and within their usable shelf life. Please note that we do not individually verify or check batch codes on every item, as this is not a requirement by the FDA or any governing body for cosmetics and personal care products.

Instead, we reference the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol, commonly found on product packaging—a small jar icon indicating how long the product is safe to use after opening (e.g., “12M” for 12 months). This is the standard guidance used across the industry and reflects the intended shelf life once opened.
