How does shipping and returns work?

No Returns for Amazon-Related Restrictions

We do not accept returns for products due to listing shutdowns or restrictions imposed by Amazon or other marketplaces. This includes any brand restrictions on your Amazon account and any issues related to your Amazon business relationship.

Non-Returnable Items

Orders shipped to Amazon warehouses are non-returnable to Goodbye Inventory. Once an order is sent to an Amazon warehouse, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within 24 hours. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Damages

  • Carrier Damages:ย Goodbye Inventoryย LLC is not responsible for any damages or destroyed shipments caused by the carrier. All claims for transit damages must be made with the carrier and noted while signing freight bills.
  • Third-Party Warehouse Damages:ย We are not responsible for damages or destroyed shipments by third-party warehouses, including Amazon FBA centers and forwarders.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • An invoice issued byย Goodbye Inventoryย LLC is required.

Return Process

  1. Request Consent:ย No goods are to be returned without our consent. Contact us directly to receive return instructions.
  2. Return Period:ย You have up to 7 days to return the products at your own cost.
  3. Shipping Costs:ย You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Shipping Method:ย Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will exclude the cost of return shipping.
